We are looking for a proactive and resultsdriven HR Recruiter with 3 5 years of experience to manage endtoend recruitment processes and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent while ensuring seamless coordination with clients to meet their hiring needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals social media and networking to attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with labor laws recruitment best practices and company policies
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to streamline the recruitment process
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry hiring trends
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring demands
- Negotiate salary offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring performance
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 3 5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an agency or consulting environment
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment strategies sourcing techniques and hiring trends
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
