Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and customerfocused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors connectivity problems and application issues.
- Assist in setting up user accounts email configurations and system access.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure system security and data protection.
- Perform regular software updates backups and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for ITrelated solutions.
- Document IT issues solutions and best practices for internal reference.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT policies and software usage.
- Support IT projects and assist in system upgrades and deployments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN VPN firewalls routers).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT hardware software and peripherals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory and cloud services.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical users.
