Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of Human Resources while contributing to our organizations success.
- Assist in the mobilization and demobilization process and scheduling inductions
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and preparing welcome kits
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Contribute to the organization and coordination of company events and teambuilding activities
- Assist in preparing HR Certificates Salary certificates NOC .. etc ..
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
- Collaborate with team members to learn about different HR functions and best practices
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not required
Additional Information :
Strong coordination & organizational skills Ability to handle multiple mobilization/demobilzation cases at once.
