Were seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Digital Banking team. As a UX Designer youll be responsible for crafting intuitive usercentered design solutions that enhance our customers digital banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design UserCentered Solutions: Design intuitive accessible and engaging digital banking experiences that meet customer needs and business goals.
2. Conduct User Research: Conduct user interviews surveys and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
3. Develop Design Concepts: Develop design concepts wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that align with our brand and design standards.
4. Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams: Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
5. Design Systems and Standards: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems standards and guidelines.
6. Stay UptoDate with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital banking experiences.
Requirements:
1. UX Design Experience: 3 years of experience in UX design preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
2. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
3. Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles humancentered design and user experience best practices.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
5. Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases your UX design work including process wireframes and final designs.
