ITP Media Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Account Manager to oversee and manage a large highprofile client contract. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless of daytoday operations communication and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management particularly within the media and publishing sectors and possess the ability to manage complex client relationships with precision.
This is a seniorlevel position focused on operational excellence client communication and vendor management. You will work closely with internal teams external vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure all elements of the contract are executed to the highest standard.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Manage daytoday communications directly with senior stakeholders at the client ensuring clear timely and effective correspondence.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate and maintain productive relationships with external vendors ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Project Management: Oversee the successful of media campaigns and projects ensuring all tasks are completed on time within scope and aligned with client expectations.
- Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to the client account including invoicing reporting and documentation.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the contract ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to internal teams and senior management on project status timelines and client feedback.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as editorial creative and production teams to ensure client deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and ensure a smooth experience for clients purchasing experiences with Mastercard ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of their journey.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management preferably in the media publishing or advertising sectors.
- Strong understanding of managing highprofile longterm contracts and building strong lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors deadlines and client expectations effectively.
- Experience working directly with seniorlevel client contacts including familiarity with handling complex client needs.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
