The Digital L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing implementing and enhancing capability development initiatives training programs that create drive business outcomes and professional growth and performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative digital learning practices employee development a deep understanding of blended learning & adult learning principles with and the ability to create practical solutions for business units engaging learning experiences using technology.
- Training Program Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs workshops and elearning modules tailored to business needs.
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
- Facilitation & Delivery: Conduct inperson and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Design & implement an integrated technology plan that is user friendly scalable and best practice
- Content Creation: Develop training in learning resources materials manuals and interactive learning tools.
- LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) tracking and reporting on training completion rates and effectiveness.
- Performance Support: Work closely with managers to implement inhouse training programs and business solutions
- Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance improvements.
- Compliance & Soft Skills Training: Ensure compliance training is uptodate and facilitate leadership employee development programs.
- Provide support for LinkedIn learning Culture Amp initiatives and L&D projects as required
- Develop multimedia content and solutions for communications branding and marketing
Others:
- Organize inhouse events and teambuilding activities:
- Plan organize and execute inhouse events such as employee recognition events town halls and other team building activities to foster engagement and collaboration across the organization.
- Support Transformation and change management through continuous improvement innovation & automation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources Education Organizational Development or a related field
- Technical Certifications relevant to the role of Trainer/Facilitator accreditation being highly advantageous
Additional Information :
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a training or L&D
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in elearning tools (e.g. Articulate Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and its implementation in learning module creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in elearning development and delivery is a plus.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
