Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our urban planning and design department you will play a crucial role in visualizing and communicating complex Urban Design concepts through compelling graphic representations.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning and informative masterplans site plans and urban design concepts
- Develop engaging infographics and data visualizations to communicate planning strategies
- Design presentation materials including boards brochures and digital media
- Collaborate with urban planners architects and other stakeholders to translate ideas into visual formats
- Produce 3D visualizations and renderings of proposed urban developments
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all project materials
- Stay updated on current design trends and urban planning principles
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of design outputs
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field
- 35 years of experience in graphic design preferably in urban planning or architecture
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Experience with 3D visualization software (e.g. SketchUp AutoCAD)
- Strong visual communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear graphics
- Knowledge of urban planning principles and masterplanning concepts
- Excellent skills in creating compelling presentations and infographics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovative design solutions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work particularly in urban planning or related fields
