Job Description
We are seeking passionate and qualified teachers for Primary Secondary and High School levels to join our esteemed institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on the curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans assessments and teaching materials.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests assignments and reports.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve academic success.
- Maintain classroom discipline and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with parents colleagues and school administration to ensure student growth.
- Participate in staff meetings training sessions and school events.
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with KHDA and UAE educational regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Teaching certification (B.Ed. PGCE or equivalent).
- Minimum 25 years of teaching experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and assessment strategies.
- Experience with British American or IB curriculum (preferred).
- Passionate about student learning and development.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- KHDA approval or eligibility to obtain one.
