Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures in compliance with UAE regulations.
Conduct risk assessments safety audits and incident investigations.
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
Monitor workplace conditions and ensure safe work practices.
Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance and inspections.
Maintain HSE documentation and reports.
Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC certification is preferred (additional HSE certifications are a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE within the Facilities Management industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations risk management and incident investigation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive a strong safety culture.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
Internal Auditor certification in ISO& 45001 is preferred.
