The Advisory Relationship Officer is responsible for supporting the Advisory business by assisting with client onboarding managing investment portfolios and ensuring smooth and efficient handling of clientrelated documentation and service requests. The role requires close collaboration with Investment Advisors to ensure highquality service delivery accuracy in system updates and adherence to clientspecific requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Client Onboarding & Support:
Assist the Investment Advisor in onboarding new clients into the Advisory Business ensuring that all required documentation is in order and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate the setup of investment portfolios for both new and existing clients working closely with the Advisory team to tailor portfolio structures according to client needs.
2. Document Management:
Review all client documentation submitted by Advisors ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance before submitting it to operations for processing or updating the system.
Manage client instructions including transfers investment documents and other requests ensuring that all details are captured accurately and processed in a timely manner.
3. Investment Transactions & System Updates:
Review client details and ensure data accuracy in the system prior to placing any investment orders through the TAP system ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Support the Advisory business by preparing and reviewing all necessary client instructions ensuring they are aligned with client agreements and operational standards.
4. Portfolio Management & Communication:
Conduct a thorough review of client portfolios prior to sending out any communication ensuring that portfolio details are accurate and that any changes are properly documented.
Coordinate with the Advisory team to support client inquiries and ensure timely responses to all service queries and requests providing a seamless client experience.
5. Client Data & System Maintenance:
Support clients in updating their information in the system including changes to risk profile ratings declarations and any other critical client data.
Work closely with operations to ensure that client records are updated in a timely manner and reflect the most accurate information.
