Job Description
We are seeking young motivated Civil Engineers eager to grow in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical knowledge problemsolving skills and the flexibility to work across various locations in the Middle East. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee and manage construction activities ensuring compliance with project specifications timelines and safety regulations.
- Prepare review and coordinate technical documentation shop drawings and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to project standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams subcontractors and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges in a proactive manner.
- Ensure proper documentation reporting and compliance with industry best practices.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support project progress and objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of construction experience with involvement in diverse projects such as buildings infrastructure roads bridges tunnels and marine works.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Technical Office Site Execution or Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and industry standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and other engineering software.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Flexible and willing to be assigned anywhere in the Middle East.
- Highly motivated adaptable and eager for career development.
