Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed 3D models for roads and wet/dry utilities using Civil 3D and Revit.
- Create accurate drawings layouts and design documentation to support infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM software.
- Ensure models are developed per GCC standards and project specifications.
- Maintain and update project documentation ensuring version control and data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of quantities reports and presentations for design coordination meetings.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Civil 3D and Revit software.
- Experience working on roads and wet/dry utilities projects.
- Work experience in GCC countries is a must.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and model coordination.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and able to join immediately.
