Environmental Consultant Environmental Impact Assessment & Permitting Services (Dubai)
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant with a focus on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) environmental permitting services and environmental planning design for a leading consulting engineering firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability environmental engineering and project management with a proven track record of delivering sustainable solutions in the UAE and broader Middle East region.
- Certifications such as Professional Charterships LEED AP Estidama PCRS PQP Mostadam AP or equivalent as well as relevant registrations with the regulators is an advantage.
- Indepth knowledge of local environmental regulations (Dubai Municipality Abu Dhabi Environment Agency NCEC etc.) and sustainability frameworks specific to the Middle East.
- Strong expertise in advising on water energy transportation and/or planning projects.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary global team providing environmental sustainability and ESG advisory services to ensure project deliverables meet high environmental standards.
- Experience with and availability to undertake site surveys and site work including data collection environmental assessments and compliance auditing.
- The following abilities will be of benefit:
- Experience in waste management strategies and services.
- Experience in hydrogeology and/or hydrogeology
- Experience in environmental modeling (air noise surface water or groundwater)
- Experience with sustainability certification systems (LEED ESTIDAMA MOSTADAM CEEQUAL Envision) on largescale developments.

- BSc (or equivalent) in Environmental Sciences Environmental Engineering or a related field; MS is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in environmental consulting with a strong focus on environmental planning EIA and environmental permitting.
