Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for infrastructure projects including roads highways utilities drainage and other civil structures.
- Ensure models comply with BIM standards project specifications and local regulations (UAE/GCC).
- Coordinate with engineers architects and other discipline modelers to ensure seamless integration of design models.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools.
- Generate accurate drawings layouts and documentation from BIM models for construction and approval processes.
- Assist in BIM data management version control and model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with project teams to support design modifications and provide technical expertise.
- Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC municipal and authority requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure BIM modeling within the GCC (preferably UAE).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Civil 3D Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of roads utilities drainage and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with UAE municipality and authority standards.
- Experience in clash detection coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
