Roles and responsibilities
We are currently looking to recruit Business Development Managers to fill the positions in Dubai, Northern Emirates and Abu Dhabi region. The successful candidates will be responsible in exploring new business opportunities, developing the business portfolio and other related activities. Also, the position has the responsibility of generating and maintaining business consistent with efficiency and a high standard of customer service.
What you will do:
- Identifying sales leads / researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange business meetings.
- Promote the company products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives.
- Prepare sales contract/documents ensuring adherence to company rules and guidelines.
- Managing and retaining relationship with new and existing clients.
- Managing records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
- Developing ways to improve customer experience by providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Candidates with prior outdoor sales experience in the field of insurance or financial services including banks with similar job responsibilities would be preferred.
- Should have a keen desire to succeed and progress in the industry.
- Successful candidates will be offered a fixed salary plus commission or full commission.

1. Identifying New Business Opportunities
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, attending events, or using digital marketing strategies.
- Prospecting: Identifying potential clients or partners, reaching out, and nurturing relationships with them to secure new business.
2. Building and Maintaining Relationships
- Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
- Networking: Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a network of potential clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations with clients and partners to agree on terms, pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Sales Strategy Development: Developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes setting pricing strategies, targeting specific customer segments, and creating tailored solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Overseeing and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring prospects are effectively converted into clients and projects.
- Closing Deals: Leading the effort to close deals and contracts, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both the company and the client.
4. Strategic Planning
- Business Planning: Developing and implementing business strategies that align with the company’s overall goals, vision, and mission.
- Market Expansion: Identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion, both geographically and demographically.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Creating and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies to increase market reach and revenue.
5. Marketing and Branding
- Brand Awareness: Working with the marketing team to promote the company’s products or services, enhance brand visibility, and generate interest from prospective clients.
- Promotional Strategies: Creating promotional campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials to attract potential clients.
- Customer Insights: Gathering feedback and insights from clients and the market to improve the company’s offerings and adjust marketing strategies.
