Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering simulation solutions provider in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking a skilled System Verification and Validation Engineer to lead training sessions mentor teams and execute projects focused on the development testing and validation of embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on embedded software and hardware development testing methodologies and validation workflows.
Provide guidance on modelbased development and system simulation for embedded systems.
Lead projects focused on developing and validating robust designs for safetycritical systems.
Organize workshops on platform integration subsystem validation and safety analysis.
Develop training materials case studies and best practices to enhance knowledge transfer and streamline processes.
Mentor teams in implementing XIL workflows including ModelintheLoop (MIL) SoftwareintheLoop (SIL) and HardwareintheLoop (HIL).
Requirements
A Master s or PhD in Electrical Computer or Aerospace Engineering is required along with at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems or
safetycritical applications.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in training delivery or mentoring related to embedded systems or testing.
Familiarity with safetycritical standards such as ISO 26262 DO178C or equivalent is essential.
Experience with ANSYS tools like SCADE Twin Builder and Medini or similar industry alternatives is a plus.
