Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled technician specializing in Steel Fixing or Carpentry with the ability to handle Carpentry Steel and Masonry works as required. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in either Steel Fixing or Carpentry while also having the ability to perform Masonry tasks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and work instructions to execute tasks accurately.
- Carry out steel reinforcement fixing woodwork and masonry works as per project requirements.
- Use hand tools power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure cut and shape steel bars wood and other construction materials.
- Assemble and install formwork doors window frames partitions and other wooden structures.
- Ensure structural stability and accuracy in steel reinforcement and formwork installation.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies while performing all tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in Steel Fixing Carpentry or Masonry.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Expertise in either Steel Fixing or Carpentry is mandatory.
- Ability to perform basic masonry tasks when required.
- Strong understanding of construction materials tools and techniques.
- Language Skills:
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Must be able to read and write in English for work instructions and documentation.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work in challenging environments.
- Comfortable working at heights confined spaces and outdoors.
