Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones resources and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers architects and contractors to establish project schedules.
- Track project progress ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
- Review and interpret engineering designs specifications and blueprints.
- Liaise with architects structural engineers and other consultants to resolve any technical issues.
- Ensure that all project work complies with industry standards local codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree
Masters degree / Post Graduation is desirable.
knowledge of related software.
Additional Information :
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera AutoCAD Revit).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Leadership skills to supervise teams and manage site operations.
- Understanding of health safety and environmental standards.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
