Job Description
Job Title: Event Volunteer
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: ProjectBased (Potential for paid opportunities depending on the project scope)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Event Volunteers to assist in the smooth execution of various events. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain handson experience in event management meet new people and contribute to exciting projects. Volunteers will assist with tasks such as guest registration logistics support and attendee engagement while gaining valuable exposure to the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in event setup registration and guest checkin.
- Provide information and directions to guests during the event.
- Help manage event logistics including coordination with vendors and staff.
- Ensure attendees have a positive experience by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with social media coverage and capturing event highlights.
- Support postevent tasks such as tear down and feedback collection.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward event support.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and under pressure.
- Previous volunteer or eventrelated experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during evenings depending on event timing.
