The Company and Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to work alongside Marisa Peer a worldrenowned speaker hypnotherapy trainer and bestselling author and John Davy a serial entrepreneur and cofounder of the Marisa Peer company.
As a PA you will manage both their private and business affairs. To succeed in this role you must have a deep understanding of their dynamic lifestyle and commitments. Extensive knowledge of Dubai is essential and you must be based within easy reach of Al Barari. Experience working with entrepreneurs or globally recognised figures is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a global team particularly UKbased PAs.
- Manage diaries schedule meetings and provide full daily/event briefings.
- Visit the home as required and work onsite at various locations in Dubai with some remote work.
- Book and coordinate travel transport and accommodation.
- Act as the first point of contact for Dubairelated matters and liaise with other PAs.
- Assist with purchases daily tasks and other requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to highprofile individuals.
- Experience in venue negotiation event coordination and scheduling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with English as your first written and spoken language.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Apple/Mac products.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with a flexible working approach.
- Full clean UAE driving license.
- Basic filming/photography skills for content and social media support.
