Job Description
Location: AD
Job Type: Fulltime 2year contract
Department: Planning and Scheduling
Responsibilities:
- Develop monitor and update project schedules using Primavera P6 for highcomplexity construction projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives.
- Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Analyze critical paths and project dependencies to optimize timelines.
- Generate regular progress reports including forecasts and earned value analysis for stakeholders.
- Support decisionmaking by providing detailed scheduling data and insights.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and contractual obligations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Urban Engineering Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering or related construction field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for highcomplexity projects.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and other project planning tools.
- Experience working on largescale projects preferably exceeding AED 200M budget.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify critical risks and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
