Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Media Buyer to join our fastpaced innovative team. This role involves managing substantial advertising budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive growth within the Marisa Peer ecosystem. With over 1 million qualified personal development leads this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the personal development and education space.

As part of a highperformance team working directly with founders and senior leadership you will have the autonomy to strategize execute and optimize largescale campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has a proven track record of driving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize highbudget ad campaigns ($100k$200k/month) across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Lead Utilization: Leverage the extensive Marisa Peer ecosystem of 1 million personal development leads to maximize ROI and drive conversion rates.
• Performance Analytics: Use datadriven insights to track report and optimize campaign performance across all key KPIs.
• Budget Oversight: Ensure efficient use of advertising budgets to achieve maximum returns without exceeding thresholds.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to devise innovative strategies for customer acquisition and brand growth.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment of ad creatives and messaging with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 45 years of experience in a digital agency or similar role preferably in digital products or the education space.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads and performance marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager).
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive problemsolver who thrives on autonomy and delivering measurable results.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams.
• Preferred Background: Experience working with international markets or in fastpaced entrepreneurial settings.
• Location Flexibility: Ideally based in Dubai or Eastern Europe with the flexibility to adapt to global time zones.
