Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Debt Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt portfolios providing financial guidance and supporting the growth of our private debt business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor debt portfolios ensuring timely repayments and identifying potential risks.
2.Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including credit assessments financial modeling and risk evaluations.
3. Support the origination of new debt deals including financial due diligence deal structuring and negotiation.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent customer service and financial guidance.
5. Identify assess and mitigate potential risks associated with debt portfolios.
6. Prepare regular portfolio reports ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
7. Work closely with crossfunctional teams including investment risk and operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
2. 24 years of experience in private debt credit analysis or related field.
3. Strong financial analysis credit assessment and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
4. CFA CAIA or related certifications preferred.
