Undergraduate and/or Master Degree programs
A consistent track record of outstanding academic performance at school and university
Strong quantitative acumen, with the ability to think analytically to identify and solve problems and drive strategic insights
Proven leadership roles in extra-curricular activities

- Technology Assessment: Evaluating the current technology landscape, identifying gaps, and recommending new technologies or improvements to meet strategic goals.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyzing industry trends, competitor technology strategies, and market shifts to help the organization stay ahead of technological changes.
2. Business and IT Alignment
- Understanding Business Needs: Collaborating closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges to translate them into actionable technology strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technology initiatives.
- Business Case Development: Developing business cases to justify technology investments, including ROI (Return on Investment) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis.
3. Technology Knowledge and Expertise
- Current and Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of current and emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, machine learning, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, IoT, etc.
- Digital Transformation: Understanding how digital technologies can transform business processes and operations and applying these insights to the organization’s strategic goals.
- IT Infrastructure: A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports business systems, applications, and data management.
4. Data Analysis and Research
- Market and Trend Analysis: Conducting research on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to inform the technology strategy.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing data from various sources (e.g., market research, financial performance, operational data) to provide insights for decision-making and strategy development.
- Quantitative Skills: Ability to work with financial and performance data to assess the effectiveness of technology strategies.
5. Project and Change Management
- Technology Implementation: Helping to manage the implementation of new technologies, from project initiation through to execution and evaluation.
- Change Management: Leading or supporting the organizational change required to implement new technologies and strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project management to deliver technology solutions quickly and iteratively, enabling flexibility in adapting to changing needs.
