Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Breakfast Operations: Oversee the setup service and breakdown of breakfast stations ensuring that all aspects meet high standards of quality and presentation.

• Engage with Guests: Offer personalized service to guests attending to their needs with attention and care. Handle guest feedback with professionalism promptly addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction.

• Ensure Menu Expertise: Make sure all team members are wellversed in the breakfast menu including dietary options. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the quality and presentation of food aligns with DELANO Dubais standards.

• Maintain Operational Flow: Ensure smooth breakfast operations by keeping stations stocked prepared and ready for service. Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing levels to maintain efficiency especially during peak periods.

• Inventory & Ordering Management: Oversee the inventory of breakfast supplies ensuring stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with the kitchen team to place orders and ensure the consistent availability of premium ingredients.

• Ensure Quality Standards: Uphold high hygiene cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the breakfast area. Ensure the dining environment is impeccably organized visually appealing and aligned with DELANO Dubais expectations.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay current with breakfast dining trends from new menu innovations to healthconscious options applying industry best practices to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications :

• Luxury Expertise: You bring a proven background in luxury hospitality whether at a highend hotel or upscale restaurant demonstrating your ability to offer refined and discreet service that goes above and beyond guest expectations.
• Exceptional Communication: Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none allowing you to engage with guests in an elegant manner that enhances their overall experience.
• Operational Expertise: You are wellversed in the operations of luxury hotels and management systems with a deep understanding of highend service protocols that ensure seamless daytoday functions.
