Job Description
We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 57 years of relevant work experience to join our clients team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our construction projects ensuring their timely completion while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site investigations and surveys to determine project feasibility and requirements.
- Preparing detailed designs and technical drawings considering structural integrity and costeffectiveness.
- Collaborating with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Overseeing construction activities monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Managing project budgets resources and schedules effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
- Providing technical advice and guidance to project teams and resolving any technical queries or challenges.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation including permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments technological advancements and best practices in civil engineering.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
- 57 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Sound knowledge of construction techniques materials and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
