Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee tea and specialty beverages according to company recipes.
  
• Operate and maintain coffee machines grinders and brewing equipment.
  
• Greet customers take orders and provide exceptional service.
  
• Customize drinks based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation equipment and dining area.
  
• Handle cash transactions operate the POS system and manage orders efficiently.
  
• Maintain stock levels and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.
  
• Suggest new menu items and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
  
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure quality standards.
  
• Work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• 13 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
  
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods latte art and specialty drinks.
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  
• Friendly energetic and able to work well in a team environment.
