Job Description

A Regional Talent Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies that drive both business success and employee growth. This role focuses on designing and implementing highimpact development programs effectively balancing longterm strategic objectives with immediate organizational needs

 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design 

  • Lead the creation and delivery of best in learning and leadership development programs.

  • Utilize latest technologies learning design theories and instructional design methodologies to create best in class experiences. 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through business and people metrics.

Coaching and Leadership Development

  • Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.

  • Deliver oneonone coaching to senior managers to enhance performance and career growth.

Crossfunctional collaboration

  • Lead the execution of programs and development projects ensuring a bestinclass experience and measurable impact.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business processes.

Communications

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives.

  • Partner with internal communications to highlight success stories and encourage participation in development opportunities.


Qualifications :

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in talent development learning & development or related roles.

  • Mental agility: you can take in change and find the best course of action to move forward despite unpredictable events

  • Energy and drive: you are passionate about making an impact and show positive and high energy to those around you

  • Strategic thinking. You are able to take a big picture view. Aligning people and business priorities balancing longterm vision with immediate needs.

  • Experience design: design experiences that centers on the colleagues needs feelings contexts and mindsets

  • Learning Design & Delivery: Apply sciencebased approaches to create learnercentric programs with strong facilitation skills.

  • Coaching: Group and one on one coaching for colleagues and leaders at all levels.
