Responsibilities:
- Oversee the waitstaff team ensuring high service standards.
- Handle VIP guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior waitstaff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve guest concerns effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in highend or luxury beach clubs.
- Leadership skills and hospitality certification preferred.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates prioritized.
