Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Assistant Learning Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah United Arab Emirates. In this role you will play a crucial part in shaping the learning and development initiatives for our organization fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.

  • Collaborate with the Leaders to design implement and evaluate comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Prepare and monitor individual development plans for team members ensuring their professional growth and skill enhancement
  • Organize and conduct engaging training activities utilizing various learning methodologies and technologies
  • Support the Property Leadership Team with expert advice on improving team members skills and capabilities
  • Analyze training needs and create effective learning programs to address identified gaps
  • Develop and maintain elearning content using cuttingedge tools and technologies
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and generate insightful reports
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture that prioritizes continuous learning and customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education or a related field
  • Proven experience in Training & Development preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication training and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated passion for leadership and ability to motivate others
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and elearning tools
  • Indepth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience in curriculum development and training needs analysis
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging learning programs for diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of local business practices in the UAE
  • Collaborative mindset with a customerfocused approach to learning and development
  • Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant elearning authoring tools
