Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate stainless steel fabrication activities with a focus on bending machine operations.

Manage a team of labourers ensuring adherence to productivity safety and quality standards.

Operate and oversee CNC machines bending machines shearing machines and other related fabrication equipment.

Interpret technical drawings blueprints and fabrication plans to provide clear guidance to the team.

Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet client specifications and industry standards.

Train and mentor junior staff in stainless steel handling fabrication techniques and machine operations.

Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Requirements

Experience: 5 6 years of proven experience in stainless steel fabrication bending machine operations and fitout projects.

Technical Skills: Expertise in operating CNC machines bending machines shearing machines and related fabrication equipment.

Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings fabrication details and fitout specifications.

Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of stainless steel properties bending tolerances finishing techniques and fitout applications.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee fabrication work in fitout projects.

ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.

Additional Advantage: Experience in structural steel fabrication and highend interior fitouts is a plus.
