Trade Marketing- Category Confectionery

• Develop the yearly marketing activity plans for the categories.
  
• Manage the P&L of the categories.
  
  
• Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity awareness and offtake.
  
• Responsibility for the P&L of the categories.
  
  
• Market analysis and product launches.
  
  
• Monitoring the marketing activity s performance and measuring the success of campaigns.
  
  
• Developing reports.
  
  
• Developing consumer packaging and promotional packaging.
  
  
• Managing category budgets.
  
  
• Organizing events such as product launches exhibitions and product shoots.
  
  
• Translating brand elements into plans and gotomarket strategies
  

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years of relevant GCC experience (preferably with trade marketing and sales knowledge in FMCG).
  
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  
  
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  
  
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  
  
• Outstanding communication skills.
  
  
• Uptodate with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
  
  
• Degree in marketing or a related field.
  
  
• Should have strong expertise in Confectionery/ Salted snacks.
  
• Excellent portfolio in Brand Management.
