Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall construction strategy for multiple projects.
- Lead and oversee all site operations ensuring efficiency quality and adherence to timelines.
- Manage project budgets ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee contract negotiation vendor selection and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with architects engineers project managers and stakeholders to optimize project execution.
- Address and resolve construction challenges including delays budget issues and resource management.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain construction excellence.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of project managers engineers and site supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to local construction laws permits and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing largescale commercial residential or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and best practices.
- Excellent project management budgeting and financial forecasting skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD Primavera or MS Project is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
