Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness hygiene and orderliness in assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms offices and common areas to high standards.
- Change bed linens replace towels and restock room amenities as needed.
- Sweep mop dust and vacuum assigned areas.
- Ensure proper sanitization of bathrooms kitchens and hightouch areas.
- Handle laundry services including washing ironing and folding as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazardfree environment.
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
- Assist in setting up rooms for meetings or events if required.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or employees.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in housekeeping cleaning or a similar role (UAE experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand bend and lift items as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts weekends and holidays as required.
