Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to laborers subcontractors and other site personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Manage site materials tools and equipment ensuring their proper use and availability.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Resolve onsite challenges and issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Train and mentor site workers to maintain high performance and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities including attendance work progress and material usage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience in civil construction with a minimum of 8 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience supervising site projects including largescale developments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction methods materials and equipment.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Problemsolving mindset to address onsite challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
- Educational Background:
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with local labor laws.
