Job Description
We are a leading travel agency specializing in outbound travel seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Arabicspeaking Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences and possess excellent communication skills we encourage you to apply.
Tasks
- Provide personalized travel consultations to clients in Arabic and English understanding their needs and offering suitable travel packages.
- Promote and sell outbound travel arrangements including flights hotels tours and insurance meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel destinations tour packages and industry trends to effectively advise clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless travel services and enhance client experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in travel sales or a related field preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations and packages offered by Pegas Touristik LLC.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
