Position Overview:
We are seeking a smart and capable Account Manager to join our dynamic B2B team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management customer success or business development roles. Prior experience in the iGaming Software or Crypto industries will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts ensuring satisfaction and longterm engagement.
- Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize their success.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing and support to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address product or platform queries.
- Track account performance using CRM tools such as Monday Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on progress and performance.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry updates to provide valuable insights to clients.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in account management customer success management (CSM) client relationship management (CRM) or business development management (BDM).
- Previous exposure to the iGaming software or cryptocurrency industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Monday Salesforce Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of iGaming platforms payment gateways blockchain tools or other B2B products and services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clientfirst mindset.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
