Job Description:

A famous coffee shop in Dubai is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation a customerfocused attitude and a deep appreciation for delivering highquality beverages and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages including espressos cappuccinos and lattes according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers providing friendly and knowledgeable service to enhance their coffee experience.
• Operate maintain and clean coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders ensuring functionality and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels for coffee beans syrups and other supplies ensuring timely restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista with a minimum of 2 years in specialty coffee preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee barista techniques latte art and coffee bean varieties.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
