Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Inbound stocks shipments tracking and stocks receipt.

Receive Inbound Shipments Documents and process related purchase orders on time.

Maintain a tracking file of inbound shipments and their latest status.

Follow up on shipments’ status with the Logistics Service Provider and the Supply Source and inform relevant internal stakeholders with delays to assess impact on markets sales in plan.

Check that each batch is received with correct quantities and as per invoice details.

Archive all inbound related shipping documents and purchase orders.

Receive and acknowledge customers’ orders.

Provide timely order acceptance and check order data elements based on corporate policies and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Analyze, record and highlight the expected risks during the monthly execution of markets orders and ensure efficient and effective resolution and communication of the matter to the relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and check dispatched shipments’ documents to ensure timely delivery to customers and banks (in case of LC).

Daily update of main reports and trackers to ensure clear visibility on monthly execution of sales to the markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply chain Or Logistics (Or equivalent).

Experience within FMCGs or Healthcare organizations is a plus.

ERP systems - SAP knowledge is a plus

Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.


Desired candidate profile

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Overseeing the entire supply chain process, including managing transportation, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Inventory Management: Tracking and managing inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed without overstocking or understocking.
  • Transportation Management: Coordinating shipments, negotiating with carriers, and selecting the most cost-effective methods of transportation (truck, air, sea, etc.).
  • Order Processing: Ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, including processing, tracking, and coordinating customer shipments.
  • Supplier & Vendor Communication: Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Forecasting Demand: Using historical data and market trends to predict future demand and adjust inventory and distribution plans accordingly.
