Job Description

Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws regulations and guidelines applicable to the industry.
- Ensure the organization complies with regulatory and statutory obligations.

Policy Development and Implementation:
- Draft review and update internal policies to address compliance risks and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of company procedures and controls.

Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Serve as a resource for staff on compliance and ethical issues.

Risk Management:
- Identify assess and mitigate compliancerelated risks.
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate compliance records.

Ethics and Corporate Governance:
- Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
- Provide guidance on ethical business practices and decisions.
