Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming Arrivals: Greet distinguished guests with a warm and genuine smile ensuring a seamless transition from the outside to the hotels interior.
• Luggage Assistance: Handle luggage with care and efficiency offering assistance to guests as needed while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
• Valet Service Coordination: Oversee valet parking operations ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests and their vehicles while providing relevant information when required.
• Local Knowledge: Share valuable insights about the hotels amenities and local attractions enhancing the guest experience with knowledgeable recommendations.
• Security and Safety: Monitor the entrance to maintain the safety and security of all guests remaining vigilant and professional at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the front desk and concierge teams to anticipate and meet the needs of guests ensuring a cohesive and exceptional service experience.

Qualifications :

• International Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
