Roles and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience managing complex projects and programs, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs in Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project/program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Drive project/program governance, including regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects/programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications And Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-impact projects/programs in financial services or related industries.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Define Program Objectives: Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define the strategic goals and objectives of the program.
- Program Roadmap: Develop and maintain a high-level program roadmap, ensuring that the program delivers value to the organization in alignment with its business strategy.
- Scope Management: Define and manage the scope of the program, ensuring that all projects within the program support the overall program goals.
- Program Initiation: Oversee the initiation of new projects within the program, ensuring that they have clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Program Execution and Oversight
- Coordinate Multiple Projects: Ensure that individual projects within the program are aligned, and manage dependencies between projects.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee resource allocation across projects, ensuring that the right skills and resources are available to meet program requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among teams and departments to ensure that project deliverables are achieved in a cohesive and integrated manner.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks across the program, and resolve issues that could impact program success. Develop contingency plans to address potential setbacks.
- Program Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of all projects within the program and ensure that they are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
3. Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Engage Stakeholders: Manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, clients, vendors, and external partners.
- Program Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.
- Communication Strategy: Ensure that key information is communicated clearly and consistently across the program team and stakeholders.
- Expectations Management: Align stakeholder expectations with program realities, and ensure that all parties are kept informed of changes and developments.
