We are a multidiscipline talented team of over 85 people including UX/UI designers graphic designers animators visualisers realtime and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding innovative and creative talent we transform the way our clients communicate connect and engage with their projects. Weve successfully collaborated with AtkinsRalis clients including MoD EDF National Highways Transport for London HS2 and the Environment Agency to provide worldclass solutions.

The Role

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Midweight Graphic Designer to lead and support a variety of cross discipline projects and to become an influential member of a growing and highly talented team.

Were looking for someone who is a natural initiative taker who brings out the best in the team. You will have a strong creative vision and be able to communicate clearly and persuasively to clients. You will have experience in developing a variety of outcomes across different creative disciplines with a focus on ensuring the approach of a project is focused on the experience and not dictated by technology.  

The successful candidate must be able to support creative teams to produce their best work and always be pushing to ensure projects are taken to the next level. Youll be adaptable to different stakeholders and grow to have a strong awareness of the different skills in the team allowing you to challenge creativity processes and overall improve the quality of delivery.

Whether youre designing for print events web virtual reality or motion the role offers great scope for creativity to bring greater value to our variety of engineering infrastructure and architectural design projects. You will bring your ideas passion and problemsolving approaches to help us deliver fresh creative solutions. Youll be a team player capable of leading projects and ensuring that delivery is of the highest standard both creatively and technically. You will embrace the variety of work enjoy the buzz of a dynamic working environment and be brimming with creative ideas.

Importantly you will have a standout portfolio full of great conceptual work displaying a real passion for design.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Confident communication with colleagues and clients to understand their ideas and bring them to life

• Working alongside digital teams to help deliver crossdiscipline projects

• Helping to develop future work pipeline through client engagement spotting opportunities and maximising potential

• The ability to work well under pressure

• Previous experience working in mediumlarge scale mixed discipline projects

• A commitment to high quality work and perfecting details

• A team player with a friendly and collaborative approach to project

• A passion for design

• An expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop
