The CDP Solutions Architect will oversee the technical development and implementation of a centralized data platform specifically designed to support eInvoicing. This role requires technical architecture expertise, requiring a seasoned IT professional skilled in data management, systems integration, and compliance with industry standards.
Skills
- Strong understanding of network architecture, server infrastructure, and security principles.
- Experience working with API management systems and web services implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience in rollout of data analytics platform is critical
Minimum:
Educational Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
Preferred:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
ITIL Foundation Certification
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification
Work Experience Minimum:
15+ years of proven experience as a technology architect, system designer, or similar role.
Preferred:
- Experience working on eInvoicing is an advantage
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for hosting and scaling CDP solutions.
- Data Integration: Expertise in integrating different data sources using APIs, ETL tools, and batch processing.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data processing tools like Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Flink to process large volumes of customer data.
- Data Warehousing: Experience with data warehouses and databases (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) to store and analyze large datasets.
- Database Management: Experience with relational databases (SQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), and graph databases for managing diverse data types.
- Data Pipelines: Proficiency in creating and managing data pipelines, using tools like Apache Airflow, Talend, or DBT.

- Design Platform Architecture: Design and build the architecture of the CDP to ensure it integrates seamlessly with the organization's existing systems, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and analytics tools.
- Data Modeling: Develop data models that can aggregate data from multiple sources into a unified format, ensuring that customer data is accurately represented.
- Data Ingestion: Define processes and frameworks for efficiently ingesting customer data from various sources such as transactional systems, websites, social media, email, and third-party sources.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop the architecture to support customer segmentation and personalization capabilities based on data insights, such as behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.

- API Management: Design and implement APIs and integration mechanisms that allow external systems to interact with the CDP, either for data exchange or for triggering actions based on customer behavior.
- Data Synchronization: Establish methods for keeping data synchronized between the CDP and other systems in real-time or batch processes.
