Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery sector.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with architects designers contractors and end clients.
Sales Growth:Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client consultations and followups.
Product Knowledge:Present detailed information about our joinery products materials and finishes showcasing their quality and craftsmanship.
Quotations and Negotiation:Prepare and deliver accurate project proposals quotes and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Experience:Minimum 35 years of sales experience in joinery furniture or a related field.
Education:Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).
Networking Ability:Existing contacts in the construction interior design and architectural industries are a plus.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
Negotiation:Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with joinery processes materials and finishes.
