Our Client is a respected firm in the wealth management industry currently seeking a diligent and detailoriented Junior Compliance Administrator to join their team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring that the organisation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies while supporting the overall compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations applicable to the financial services sector.
Documentation Management: Maintain and organise compliance documentation reports and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Process Support: Support the compliance team in the implementation and review of compliance processes policies and procedures.
Data Collection: Gather and analyse data required for compliance assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
Training Coordination: Help coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for staff to enhance awareness and understanding of compliance matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of one year of experience in a compliance role preferably within the financial services or professional services sector.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication abilities with an understanding of compliance terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance software.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle confidential information with discretion.
