- Welcome guests as they enter.
- Escort guests to their seats and ensure they are comfortable.
- Confirm bookings, seat guests promptly, and handle any changes.
- Handle waiting lists and provide accurate wait times during busy hours.
- Assist guests with questions, special requests, and ensure their queries are addressed.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth seating and service.
- Keep the entrance and seating areas neat and welcoming.
- Help prepare the lounge before service and clear tables as needed.
- Ensure a friendly, positive environment for all guests.
What Are We Looking For?
- Customer service experience, preferably in a lounge or restaurant.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing reservations.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
- Application Review: Submit your application, and our talent attraction team will review your profile

- Interview Process: If shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring/ operations managers and may need to attend one more round, which could include a trial at our kitchen or dine-in location

Greeting and Welcoming Guests:
- Greet customers with a friendly and warm attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Make guests feel welcome, providing them with a positive first impression of the restaurant.

Managing Reservations:
- Handle reservation bookings, confirming details and managing changes or cancellations.
- Ensure that reservations are accurately logged in the system, and communicate any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, special occasions) to the kitchen and waitstaff.
- Welcome walk-in guests, managing the seating process based on table availability and restaurant capacity.

- Escort guests to their assigned table, ensuring that the dining area is clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Communicate with the waitstaff to ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner.
- Ensure that guests are comfortable with their seating arrangements and address any concerns (e.g., temperature, lighting, or table location).

Managing the Waitlist:
- If there is a wait, provide guests with an estimated wait time and keep them informed of any delays.
- Maintain a neat and organized waiting area, offering guests menus, drinks, or information about the restaurant while they wait.
- Regularly update guests on the status of their table, ensuring that the wait is as short as possible.

Handling Customer Inquiries:
- Answer phone calls, providing information about the restaurant, hours of operation, menu, or special events.
- Address customer concerns or complaints, escalating to management or the appropriate staff when necessary.

- Communicate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Keep the flow of the restaurant efficient by balancing the seating and managing the dining room occupancy.
