Roles and responsibilities
- Overseeing the Station Project Road Map and report progress to site leader
- Ensuring timely closure of Peak Readiness Playbook and provide inputs to Network Control Manager
- Thinking analytically about project management with attention to detail, the ability to influence others and exceptional organizational skills.
- Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements
- Finds practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality
- Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences
- Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback
- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions.
- Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day to day operations. Ensure associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed.
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

- Proficiency in developing communication plans and materials, such as newsletters, presentations, and email updates.
3. Leadership and Influence
- Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and inspire teams throughout the change process.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, middle management, and front-line employees.
- Capability to build trust and credibility by acting as a positive change agent within the organization.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Expertise in identifying, mapping, and engaging stakeholders who will be impacted by the change.
- Ability to understand stakeholders’ concerns and objections and address them effectively to foster buy-in and commitment to the change.
- Experience in creating and executing stakeholder engagement plans to ensure ongoing support throughout the change process.
5. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify potential barriers to change and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Ability to handle conflicts and resistance to change, providing solutions to mitigate issues and ensure the smooth implementation of change.
- Skilled in navigating complex organizational dynamics and resolving issues that may arise during the change process.
6. Project Management Skills
- Experience managing change projects, including developing timelines, setting milestones, and tracking progress.
- Ability to manage resources and coordinate efforts across different teams to ensure that change initiatives are implemented on time and within scope.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient execution of change plans.
7. Training and Development
- Ability to design and deliver training programs that help employees develop the skills needed to adapt to new systems, processes, or ways of working.
