Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this critical role you will lead and oversee all aspects of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a largescale infrastructure project.
- Manage the design coordination and implementation of MEP systems for complex infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including architects structural engineers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for MEPrelated issues
- Review and approve MEP drawings specifications and technical submittals
- Coordinate with clients consultants and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for all MEP works
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MEP systems for infrastructure projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering for infrastructure projects
- Proven track record in managing largescale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design coordination and implementation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or other relevant software
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Excellent project management skills including contract management and budget control
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
