Job Description

Mazaj is a highquality Arabic digital channel present across various social media platforms including TikTok YouTube Snapchat Facebook and Instagram boasting 6 million total followers. It showcases exceptional show concepts spanning comedy fashion adventure and food delivering a positive message to our actively engaged audience of Arab youth. With appearances from the regions most renowned influencers and a focus on Arab youth Mazaj stands as a dynamic and impactful platform that deeply connects with its viewers.


The Creative Producer at ITP Originals assumes a pivotal role in curating and delivering original content. Responsible for the content creation lifecycle from planning and preproduction including concept development storyboarding and talent coordination to executing commercial collaborations and overseeing production postproduction and administration the role ensures a holistic approach to content strategy aligned with Mazajs brand identity and tailored for the GCC audience. This entails not only creative ideation but also strategic planning meticulous execution and ongoing optimization based on analytics SEO and client feedback. The Creative Producer functions as the driving force behind Mazajs content creation aiming for sustained engagement growth and success across various social media platforms.



Requirements

  1. Planning/ PreProduction:

  1. Develop primary concepts or themes for the Mazaj show tailored to engage the GCC audience
  2. Create storyboards and visual representations of the content
  3. Generate video content ideas with a strong SEO base for the GCC audience ensuring alignment with Mazajs brand strategy
  4. Set up a content calendar across all social media platforms (YouTube TikTok Snapchat Instagram and Facebook)
  5. Plan and organize preproduction processes including location scouting prop arrangement and art direction
  6. Coordinate with the talent team or influencers directly to invite them as guests on the channel
  7. Convey visual direction and concept details to the production team in a concise briefing
  8. Manage all production and project administration including budget creation timelines casting briefs release forms and travel arrangements


Commercial:


  1. Attend client briefing meetings with the commercial team
  2. Develop seamless integrated creative concepts and storyboards that fit with Mazajs audience and meet client requirements
  3. Collaborate in client meetings to present elaborate and finalize the concept
  4. Ensure the concept goes live as planned and within the deadline

  1. Production:

    Oversee the entire production process from A to Z

    Direct the video shoot ensuring influencers actions scripts and overall content adhere to Mazaj brand guidelines

    Manage logistical aspects including call sheets schedules budgeting barter deals location and F&B arrangements with the support of our Production Coordinator

    Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the shoot and make realtime decisions to keep the production on track

  1. PostProduction:

    Monitor and track the editing process ensuring approval of the final draft

    Ensure videos meet highquality standards in visuals editing and coloring

    Supervise and approve assets and graphics (thumbnails cover photos social media posts show graphics etc.) crafted by the Graphic Designer

    Verify titles descriptions and tags across all social media platforms (YouTube TikTok Snapchat Instagram and Facebook) before publishing in coordination with the Community Manager

  1. Administration and Reporting:

    Monitor the growth of commercial and editorial videos ensuring clients and Mazaj brand KPIs are met

    Provide regular reports and feedback learning from previous videos to improve future content planning

Other:


  1. Implement all the above guidelines for whitelabel shoots and other departments within the group whenever needed (ITP Live Top Gear and ITP Gaming)
  2. Conduct indepth research on industryrelated topics and stay uptodate about social media trends implementing relevant insights into the content
  3. Stay informed about industry trends to produce relevant content
  4. Attend workshops and conduct research to stay updated on new trends
Person Requirements:
  1. Capability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  2. Insightful understanding of the GCC audience
  3. Demonstrates creativity
  4. Outstanding communication skills both written and oral coupled with effective presentation and training abilities
  5. Strong problemsolving skills demonstrating the ability to address challenges with robust leadership and confidence
  6. Fluent in both English and Arabic
  7. Exceptional interpersonal skills applicable at all levels showcasing effective people management
  8. Proficient in recognizing and implementing best practices
  9. Ability to make sound decisions that benefit both the team and the company
  10. Team player mentality cooperative in sharing information and knowledge
  11. Possesses strong organizational and planning skills with an impeccable attention to detail
  12. Proven track record illustrating comprehension of business operations and business acumen
